We may update or withdraw parts of the website at any time without notice.
3. Product information
We take care to ensure that descriptions, images, dimensions and pricing are as accurate as possible. However:
- slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings
- handmade, antique, vintage, remodelled or bespoke pieces may naturally vary
- measurements and weights may be approximate
- antique and vintage items may show signs of age consistent with their nature
All product information is provided in good faith, but should be read as a guide rather than a guarantee of absolute uniformity.
4. Orders
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase a product.
Your order is only accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been approved and processed by us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if:
- an item is unavailable
- there has been an error in pricing or description
- payment cannot be authorised
- we suspect fraud or misuse
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will be refunded accordingly.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing for a bespoke commission.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you directly.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, stock availability, customs, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details supplied by you.
7. Returns and cancellation rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you may have a legal right to cancel certain orders within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at fleurlangloisjewellery@gmail.com within that period.
Returned items must be sent back promptly and should be in their original condition where possible.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law, subject to any lawful deductions where permitted.
This cancellation right may not apply to certain items, including:
- bespoke or made-to-order items
- personalised items
- items altered or resized at your request
- sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed, where relevant
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at fleurlangloisjewellery@gmail.com.
Where required by law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
9. Bespoke commissions
The following additional terms apply to bespoke work:
Enquiries and design process
Bespoke commissions usually begin with an enquiry or consultation. Any timelines provided at this stage are estimates only.
Deposits
A deposit may be required before design work or production begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits for bespoke work are non-refundable once design work, sourcing or production has started.
Approval
You may be asked to approve certain elements of the design before production proceeds. Once approval is given, changes may not be possible or may incur additional cost.
Lead times
Bespoke lead times vary depending on the design, sourcing and workshop schedule. We will provide an estimated timescale, but this is not guaranteed.
Customer-supplied materials
If you provide heirloom stones, metal or existing jewellery for remodelling, we will handle them with care. However, due to the nature of pre-existing materials, we cannot guarantee against hidden weaknesses, damage risks during unsettting, cutting, resizing, remodelling or repair.
Variation
Bespoke, handmade, antique and remodelled pieces may contain natural variations and characteristics that form part of their uniqueness.
Returns on bespoke work
Because bespoke commissions are made to your specification, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or not as agreed.

Subject to that, our liability for losses connected with products or use of the website shall be limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses where you are purchasing as a consumer.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier delays, strikes, customs issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
13. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
